Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Service Pro Admin Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

User Accounts

User accounts are created and managed by Service Pro organization administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes related to restoration project management. Prohibited activities include:

• Unauthorized access to other organizations' data
• Attempting to compromise platform security
• Uploading malicious software or content
• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users

Data Ownership

Your organization retains ownership of all data entered into the platform. Service Pro Admin Platform claims no ownership rights to your data.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Service Pro Admin Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
